Lindsay Lohan just turned down an offer that would have netted her nearly half a million dollars and put her back on the screen in front of millions of people each week! Lindsay received a huge offer to appear on the next season of ABC’s hit reality show, “Dancing With The Stars.” The producers offered Lohan nearly $500,000 to appear on the show, but she turned them down. She said she is only focused on staring in movies right now.
This is a bitter pill to swallow for many because we have been hearing about Lindsay’s money problems a lot lately. She owes tons of money to the government plus multiple legal fees. Reports serviced a few weeks ago about Lindsay unprofessional behavior on the set of her latest film, “The Canyons.” The film was denied entrance into the Sundance Film Festival last week.
You should have taken this offer Lindsay! You could have tried to redeem yourself again to many of your fans.
You can add another couple to the long list of “Bachelor/Bachelorette” breakups. Emily Maynard and her fiance Jef Holm have called off their engagement according to a story the did with People Magazine. The couple called the breakup:
“A very difficult and heartbreaking decision.”
Sometimes love isn’t enough to sustain a relationship. It has been speculated in the media that the couple was only staying together for the press.
Love in Hollywood, is there anything better? LOL!
David Arquette will show what he’s got on “Dancing with the Stars” … sources connected with the show tell TMZ.
David showed up to the rehearsal studio a few minutes ago, to meet his partner for the first time. We’re told he’s hooking up — professionally, in a dancing sort of way — with Kym Johnson.
The new season starts at the end of September.
Interesting casting choice!!!
Shonda Rhimes doesn’t have one, two, or three dramas on ABC. Nope, she’s going for her fourth, which seems like it’s a record, right??
Her Shondaland production company has sold the drama Gilded Lillys, a project that’s set in 1895 and will revolve around the family who owns New York’s first luxury hotel.
It will be written by Gossip Girl‘s writer K.J. Steinberg, and executive produced by Rhimes and her Shondaland partner Betsy Beers.
Besides Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice and her upcoming rookie legal drama Scandal, this will be Rhimes’ fourth drama on the air. And if it’s nearly as succesful as Grey’s or even Private Practice, then this woman will be no doubt one of the most successful woman in television (if she isn’t already!).
This new one sounds really good! I’ll be tuning in for sure!
“The View“co-host married television writer Lamar Sally at Fairmont Hotel. Aww, yay for them!!!
Her bridesmaids included Community actress Yvette Nicole Brown, TV host Niecy Nash, and even View co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck.
After already being married to comedian Jeff Tarpley from 2001-2009, I wish her all the best with the second marriage!
For those of you super excited about this, fear not. The nuptials will air on Style September 13.
I have always been a HUGE fan of Sherri ever since she was on “Less Than Perfect.” I am so happy that she has found true love again! Here to a great future Sherri! Lots of Love!
