Please don’t do this Taylor!
“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Taylor Armstrong has apparently turned to alcohol after she was told she was being phased out on the show. She is devastated about the show because it is primary source of income. Friends are very concerned and want Taylor to go to rehab now! They do not want this storyline being put into the show. It would only embarrass Taylor.
Taylor, please seek help if you really do have a problem. You need to be the best you can be for Kennedy!
Taylor Armstrong heard reports yesterday when everyone else did that Bravo plans to phase her out of, “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” She was shocked when she heard the news so she called some higher-ups and Bravo. Armstrong became furious when they didn’t deny the statement. She is very confused because she just signed a contract extension for season three. Plus, she replies on the show as her primary source of income.
I really feel bad for Taylor! They should not have been planning this behind her back! It would have been much better for them to be upfront with her the whole time.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ season 2 premiere was a ratings bonanza, getting about 2.2 million viewers – a 42% increase from season one’s premiere.
The show also had a 51% increase in its target audience demographic, 18-49 year olds.
In case you missed the premiere, the episode opened up with the ladies (apart from Taylor Amstrong) discussing the suicide of Taylor’s husbandRussell Armstrong.
People were genuinely curious to see if the show would address his death so there’s a possibility viewership will drop in the second episode. However, Bravo did confirm that they will be showing Taylor and Russell’s marriage counseling sessions, which will get people even more curious to watch.
I thought it was handled very well. I’m very glad the show is still on!
Russell Armstrong‘s family isn’t buying suicide as the cause of death … they believe he was murdered, and they’re putting a private eye on the case.
Although the L.A. County Coroner ruled Russell’s death was a suicide by hanging, sources close to the situation say the family is convinced … Russell’s money problems caused him to get involved “with the wrong people.” They believe Russell may have screwed someone over out of desperation and that person or persons retaliated by killing him.
We’re told the family is in the process of hiring a private investigator.
I truly do not believe this is what happened. Just waste your money and let him rest in peace. This isn’t going to help people heal.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ much-talked-about second season premiered on Bravo Monday night in the wake of cast member Taylor Armstrong’s estranged husband’s suicide.
The “special” that the network had promised turned out to be a few-minutes-long taped gathering of the wives (all except Taylor) to discuss the suicide several days after it happened. They reflected on Russell’s death, a few of them teared up and things concluded fairly quickly with Kyle Richards’ remark, “I think a lot of us feel some guilt about not seeing this coming. … Life goes on. It has to.”
And, as they say, so must the show.
In the episode, Taylor’s marriage was discussed, with Lisa’s husband, Ken, saying that couples who need therapy are “weak.” But a scene involving Taylor shopping for lingerie to spice things up was edited out.
Bravo had already announced it was re-editing the season. Executive producer Douglas Ross tells Us Weekly:
“We’ve completed editing on the first few episodes, but are still reviewing the rest of the season. Russell does not appear in the first several episodes. At this point, I can’t say if Russell will appear at all.”
It’s hard not to wonder what will be left out — Taylor and Russell’s marriage was allegedly emotionally and physically abusive.
TMZ has learned the L.A. County Coroner just paid a visit to Taylor Armstrong to find out what she knows about Russell Armstrong‘s suicide, and the trip was necessary because Taylor has not made herself available for more than a week.
Sources tell TMZ … The Coroner’s office wanted the meeting because Taylor was at the scene of Russell’s suicide when his body was discovered nearly 2 weeks ago. Investigators were not able to speak with Taylor that day because she left before they arrived.
L.A. County Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter met with Taylor at home for a half hour and discussed, among other things, Russell’s state of mind in the weeks leading up to his death, his drug use and whether he was under a doctor’s care.
Sources say Taylor told Winter … Russell was not under any regimen of drugs and she had absolutely no idea he would commit suicide.
I’m glad Taylor did this. I know it was hard, but it will help them.
Last night, a memorial was held in the Hollywood Hills for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Russell Armstrong. His wife, Taylor Armstrong, was joined by her costars to say good-bye to Russell, but she was not joined by her husband’s family, who opted to decline their invitation.
Russell’s parents and family reportedly refused to attend the funeral, claiming that they felt like it was more of a publicity stunt for Taylor than a way to remember Russell. Instead, the Armstrong family will be having their own memorial for Russell in Texas in the next several weeks. As one sources explains:
“Let’s face it, there is no love lost between Taylor and Russell’s family. Russell’s family wanted no part of the memorial, they felt it was all for Taylor. Taylor was relieved that they didn’t attend. She wanted to be surrounded by her friends and just say good-bye to Russell.”
Very interesting! Hmm…!
